ABOUT THE ARTIST

Zoe paints portraits and segmented parts of the body that show intense color and emotion, with darker, quieter undertones of her past religion and struggles with mental illness. She attempts to connect and build empathy through her art, and invite viewers to look at what lurks under the surface of her life and of others’.

Zoe painted this large mural as an intern artist at JSP in 2018 with support from Sherwin Williams.
