Explore JSP in a new way at one of our upcoming events!
Learn how to steward your land to promote wildlife habitat and gain hands-on experience with Kasia Bradley of Kentucky State University's Forestry & Natural Resources Program at Josephine Sculpture Park (JSP). We will begin with a discussion in the JSP event barn, followed by an invasive plant management technique demonstration, then a work party. October will focus on managing Callery/Bradford Pear trees. November will focus on managing bush honeysuckle.
Please wear long pants, long sleeves and close-toed shoes and bring a refillable water bottle. Gloves, tools, ear plugs, and safety glasses provided by JSP, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Celebrate a successful Bluebird Trail season with fellow volunteer trail monitors at Josephine Sculpture Park’s event barn . JSP and Wild Birds Unlimited invite this years' bluebird trail volunteers to enjoy snacks and beverages, thank you gifts, and prepare our feathered friends’ homes for winter.
The JSP Bluebird Trail thrives in partnership with Wild Birds Unlimited (Frankfort) and with funding support from Beckham Bird Club of Louisville, Kentucky.
Join us in celebration of 15 wonderful years of art, nature & community. More details coming soon...
