Céline Browning is an artist, art writer and educator from Chicago, currently based in Louisville, Kentucky. Much of Céline's work investigates the complexity of American identity in the 21st century, and how that identity is made manifest through visual language. During her August 2022 residency at JSP, she will explore working on a larger scale to create a site-related outdoor work that brings attention to the native flora and fauna of Kentucky.
